We love to provide personalized fitting guidance by phone or email. We even invite you to come to the studio to try the dress on. But if your new dress isn’t all you hoped it would be, we will gladly facilitate a dress exchange or issue store credit for a future fabulous dress.
Make sure that:
1) The dress is unworn,unwashed, in its original state, and has all the tags attached.
2) You email or call us for an authorization code to include with your original receipt and packaging.
3) You do this quickly because all exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days from receipt.
We do not offer credit for return shipping costs or take responsibility for lost merchandise. But once we have received the returned dress that meets exchange policies, we will happily ship a replacement to you on the house.
All dresses are carefully examined for defects or stains, etc. before getting a "stamp" of approval for shipping to you. Because we are a small business, we do not offer credit card refunds.
